7. Security Safeguards
The security of your information is very important to us. In order to assist us in providing our services, your personal information is maintained by BFB’s service providers, such as Shopify. Shopify’s teams have implemented appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and integrity of its platform. Shopify also has independent auditors assess the security of its data storage and systems that process financial information. However, we all know that no method of transmission over the Internet, and method of electronic storage, can be 100% secure. This means we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
8. Personal Information Retention
We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that in many situations we must retain all, or a portion, of your personal information to comply with our legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; protect against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or for another one of our business purposes.
Shopify retains personal information for as long as there is an ongoing business need to do so (e.g., to provide the Shopify services to BFB, to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements, for security and fraud detection or prevention, or in connection with backup or disaster recovery processes), unless a different retention period is permitted or required by applicable law.

14. Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, the Sites do not recognize DNT.
